  21. Did you know that AmigaOS 2.x/3.x has this same feature. When a file 
  22. requestor opens on your WB, just drop a drawer icon on it and that 
  23. directory will be read into the file requestor.

  27. There is one on Aminet in util/boot/AFR_20.lha. The docs are in German 
  28. only, but it's fairly easy to get an idea of how it works. It also 
  29. supports the AppWindow feature and looks real nice too. It can also store 
  30. your favorite (frequently used) directories that can be accessed from a 
  31. seperate view of the FR. I don't use it on a regular basis, I just keep 
  32. it around to show to others since I'm PD librarian for our local user 
  33. group. I can't read German, but I did recognize in the docs that it is 
  34. shareware for 30 DM. It might be worth a look. It looks really cool with 
  35. small icons the way the Mac uses.

  37. If you try it, it comes with a single install program (no LhA archive of 
  38. individual files), so you can't manually install it. The install prog 
  39. will put everything in an AFR directory on the SYS: partition except for 
  40. the icon it puts in WBStartup. It takes about 220K disk space.
